What will you do?
- Ensure safe operation of all Paint Line equipment, including pre-treatment washers, ovens, booths, and conveyors; identify risks and collaborate with Engineering to reduce hazards.
- Lead, train, and develop Paint Department staff, including Painters and Material Handlers, ensuring compliance with best practices and standard work.
- Optimize product hang patterns and paint application to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste.
