**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Supervise and lead all production activities performed by all manufacturing personnel while maintaining a high degree of visibility and access to staff throughout a specific department & shift.
+ Train and develop employees in accordance to plant procedures. Give instructions to employees regarding jobs to be completed and the proper method in which to complete them.
