Overview
We are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our established team. The painter and decorator will deliver painting and decorating works for the Group to a high and consistent standard, while also advocating on behalf of people and communities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality painting and decorating services across internal and external areas, including surface preparation, applying finishes, treating mould, working on timber/metal surfaces and completing minor remedial works.
- Work collaboratively with other trades to support fast void turnaround times, carry out maintenance in domestic and commercial properties, and provide excellent customer service when liaising with tenants and clients.
