Employment Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week 


This role includes travel to our care homes in the county of Kent, so a driving licence and a vehicle is essential.

    • We’re looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our friendly Maintenance Team, helping us keep our care homes safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained for the people who live and work in them. 

    What You’ll Do:

  • Carry out all painting and decorating tasks, including preparation, repair, and finishing of internal and external areas.
  • Work safely at height using ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment.
  • Keep work areas clean and minimise disruption to residents and staff.
  • Support general maintenance tasks (e.g. basic plumbing, tiling, minor repairs).
