Minimum requirements:

• Painting of walls, ceilings, doors, roofs, steel structures, and other surfaces


• Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming


• Color matching


• Identifying surface defects such as damp, cracks, peeling paint, and waterproofing failures
