Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED) is looking for a skilled Painter to join our maintenance team. With over 40 years of industry experience, we are continuously expanding our footprint. We have more than 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with numerous upcoming projects, providing plenty of opportunity for you to grow your career with us.
What You'll Do
+ The region you will cover is multi-state (WI and IL). When working in IL, if multi days are needed, you will need to stay in IL and we will provide hotel accommodations (Generally 3-4 days in a row, approximately 1-2 times a month).
