Job Description
All Inclusive Collection Properties is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our Maintenance team. The Painter will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces to maintain and enhance the aesthetic quality of the property. This role requires a professional with experience in painting and maintenance, ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Responsibilities
- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks. Ensure all surfaces are properly primed before applying the finish.
- Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other structures. Ensure uniform coverage and a smooth finish.
