⮚ Responsible to Maintain a safe work environment through tracking & investigation of accidents.
⮚ Responsible as Leader for - process Paint shop and liquid spray-painting operation.
⮚ Responsible for Production achievement, Inspection of Paint Kitchen, paint viscosity, Consumables cost, paint consumption, Defect control, Loss analysis, Manpower Management
⮚ Responsible for updating new projects & development of new paint scheme /shade, Paint Testing and process fine tuning as per customer project requirement.
⮚ Responsible for maintaining the paint, thinner, consumables and shop supply stock in plant & supplier end to avoid the line stoppage.
⮚ Responsible for completing the legal compliance – related Hazardous waste generation, monitoring & disposal and CO2 bullet.
⮚ Responsible for output with 3 shift production Engineers & labor contractor with their operating manpower.
