Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Paintline Associate to join their team. As a Paintline Associate, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Clare, MI
**Pay Range:** $17.50
**Shift:**
2nd shift - 4 pm to 12 am (Monday thru Friday)
3rd shift - 10 pm to 6 am (Sunday to Thursday)
**overtime is scheduled prior to start time and can be heavy, including weekends
**What's the Job?**
+ Prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, blemishes, or surface imperfections.
+ Read work orders or blueprints and follow the sequence of painting tasks under supervision.
+ Assist in basic assembly of products such as Z-legs, logos, and sticker placement.
