Introduction

Job purpose:Ensure machine settings and operations are correct, or adjusted, to ensure that a pallet is stacked correctly, and wrapped in line with product specifications; while managing waste streams, and machine availability.

Operating process

  • Clean all the sensors in the robobox area as soon as possible before shift start. Make a 100% sure they are working correctly
  • Clean all the sensors on the pallet conveyor right through to the removing dock
  • Make sure the whole Palletiser conveyor area is clean at all times
  • Make sure gripper head rollers are slippery/clean
  • Make sure the board magazines are full at all times. During handover make sure they are full
