**Banner University Medical Group and the Division of General Internal Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and Geriatrics are seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)** to join our growing palliative care program in Tucson, Arizona. The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care within an academic medical inpatient setting to adult patients aged 18 and older with serious, chronic, or life-limiting illnesses. The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner will join an interdisciplinary team model working closely within the team with physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and learners and collaborating with chaplains, case managers, community hospice, and other staff. The qualified candidate must be detail-oriented, a good communicator, and dedicated to providing excellent care in challenging situations.
