- Machine Operation
- Check the production plan for shift.
- Collect raw materials for the production run.
- Collect product for processing.
- Place colours into pans (five pans) and start the panning machine.
- Stop the machine and add raw materials to ensure smooth finish to product.
- Start the machine to ensure product attains smooth finish according to specification.
- Place products on a tray for next stage in the production process.
- Complete SIC documentation during shift.
- Contact Manager in the event of a breakdown or mechanical failure.

- Ensure alignment of all work process to the required quality standards.
- Proactively identify continual improvement opportunities.
