This full-time role based in Mississauga focuses on overseeing compliance programs and working closely with internal teams. You will be accountable for export/import processes, regulatory updates, and maintaining relationships with customs authorities while leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee regulatory compliance for customs documentation
• Manage non-resident importer processes for US CBP
• Provide support for internal and external audits
• Develop compliance communications and keep teams informed
• Analyze customs data and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
• 7 years of experience in customs compliance management
• Certified Customs Specialist and Licensed Customs Broker
