Panel Beater (Vehicle Body Repairer)
Salary:
$2200 - $2800
Job details:
- Assist the Claims Advisor to assess accident car damages and repair scope listing
- Repair damaged vehicles, using specified tools, to pre-accident condition by removing dents/rust, replacing or repairing parts and structural damages, etc.
- Perform welding, pulling and adjustment on body panel structures and frames using Jigs & Fixtures or Chassis Alignment & Computerised Measuring equipment provided
- Ensure and maintain a consistently high quality of work before passing on vehicle to the next repair stage/personnel
- Inform the Direct Superior and/or Claims Advisor on any damage(s) that is not included in the original work scope
- Deliver work within stipulated repair time
- Regularly update the Direct Superior and/or Claims Advisor on job progress and escape immediately on foreseeable delay
