Job Title: Panel Production Worker
Job Location: Culpeper, VA
Job Duration: 3+ months contract and Temp-to-Hire
Shift Timing: 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Able to Work: Mandatory overtime on Fridays as required
Job Description:
We are hiring Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. No experience is required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production and assembly work
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Read a tape measure accurately up to 1/8 inch
- Lift and move products up to 50 lbs
- Stand and work for the entire shift
- Follow safety rules and company procedures
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
