:Provides overall leadership, strategic oversight and effective management through implementation of programs and projects to ensure Wahana Visi Indonesia’s strategic ministry objectives and child wellbeing outcomes are achieved with the highest quality and accountability within Area Programs and Projects in Papua. Ensures effective coordination and positive collaboration with all functional/sectoral teams of Wahana Visi Indonesia to harness strategic and optimum support for program and project implementation. Ensures program and project implementation and reporting are of the highest quality and accountability, and in alignment with organizational policies and guidelines, technical and sectoral standards, and donor compliance requirements. Ensuring strategic coordination and collaboration with government, academia, and faith-based organizations to deliver an effective, efficient, and risk-managed operational model for Papua’s fragile context.
