Paralegal

Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to support complex real estate and transactional legal matters in Austin, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for a detail-oriented individual who can manage high-volume documentation, coordinate closing activities, and keep matters moving on schedule. The role will work closely with attorneys and external parties to facilitate commercial transactions, maintain organized records, and provide dependable legal support throughout each stage of the process.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation, assembly, and organization of closing packages, supporting documents, and transaction tracking materials for commercial real estate matters.
