Summary Description: Under direct supervision of Assigned Management, this position provides professional legal support service to attorneys and paralegals in the form of litigation support, basic legal research, drafting of legal and business communications and documents, supporting regulatory action (including paper and electronic discovery, subpoena document production and regulatory audits), general file management and record retention. The incumbent also provides coordination and oversight of legal matters assigned to or through the legal department and responds to internal and external inquiries regarding pertinent issues.
