Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Paralegal / Contract Manager to support a broad range of legal and corporate matters, including contract management, intellectual property, corporate governance and legal operations.
You will work closely with the Director of Legal Services and cross‑functional stakeholders, contributing to legal projects, ensuring smooth documentation processes and supporting compliance initiatives.

- Draft, review and manage a variety of legal agreements and templates
- Support day‑to‑day legal requests from internal stakeholders
- Prepare litigation materials and maintain evidence files
