The Paralegal / Contract Specialist supports the Group Legal department in all operational and administrative legal matters across the entire company. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient legal and governance-related processes, maintaining corporate records, supporting contract lifecycle management, and implementing legal tools and systems including AI technology.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational support for the Group Legal team in day-to-day business, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
- Management of the global trademark portfolio, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating trademark filings with external counsel.
- Assisting international group companies with corporate housekeeping, as well as coordinating documents and resolutions for boards of directors.
