Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support a busy legal team in Coral Gables, Florida. This is a Contract position requiring 20 hours per week in an office-based setting, with occasional extended hours when deadlines demand additional support. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in transactional legal work, comfort assisting with litigation matters, and advanced document formatting skills in Microsoft Word.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, revise, and organize a range of commercial legal documents, including operating agreements, asset purchase agreements, and licensing contracts.
• Review and mark changes between legal drafts, ensuring edits are accurate and clearly documented through redlining and document comparison tools.
