Job Description
As a corporate Paralegal you play an essential role in corporate law matters in our successful M&A team as you help drive many aspects of our corporate legal transactions:
- Preparing and filing corporate documents, maintaining corporate records, and handling other legal matters related to the company
- Assisting with corporate law matters, managing numerous aspects of corporate legal transactions
- Intake & Triage : Sorting legal inquiries and referring each inquiry to the appropriate attorney for resolution
- Record keeping , drafting and maintaining organizational documents and filings and annual required reports
- Litigation support including responding to document requests, complaints and discovery
- Contract Management , drafting, reviewing, and updating various contracts such as employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements
