They're now looking to bring on a paralegal with real fee-earning responsibility — not just admin support.
About the RoleThis is a fee-earning paralegal position embedded directly in the banking & finance team. The successful candidate will be hands-on across deal documentation — drafting, reviewing, and managing closing mechanics — rather than sitting on the sidelines. Given the firm's PRC client base, Mandarin fluency is a strong asset for this seat.
