We are now recruiting for an Paralegal to join our specialist motor, asset finance and unsecured recoveries team.
The role will be based in our Glasgow office. As an Assistant Paralegal you will report into a team manager and work as part of a team of Paralegals.
Your Role
As an assistant paralegal your remit will cover the following;
- Opening files, conflict checking, organising/reviewing documents and ongoing file management to include electronic filing, printing, scanning, closing.
- Working with and maintaining excel spreadsheets, databases, portals and systems used within the team.
- Ordering and reviewing documents from the Land Registry.
- Financial aspects to include arranging for third parties to be paid, billing matters and maintaining good financial hygiene across matters and time management.
