Role Responsibilities
As the Paralegal based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, you will support solicitors and fee earners across a variety of legal matters while developing practical legal and client management skills. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting solicitors with matters across multiple practice areas
- Supporting teams in corporate and commercial, civil litigation, residential conveyancing, employment, commercial property, intellectual property, and insolvency
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and client communications
- Conducting legal research and preparing supporting documentation
- Managing files and assisting with matter progression
- Liaising professionally with clients, third parties, and external stakeholders
- Supporting case administration and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with business development, networking, and marketing activities where required
