QSLWM is looking for candidates with 3-20 years of experience in handling complex insurance defense and civil litigation cases, particularly those who have demonstrated strong skills in review and analyzing medical records gathering (Texas law requirements for subpoenas and deposition on written questions), preparation of medical chronologies (understanding of medical terminology), record summaries, subpoenas, case file management, legal writing and drafting key documents - pleadings, discovery (requests and responses), exhibit preparation, and pre-trial materials.
