About the Role
Our Motor team are growing and we are seeking experienced Paralegals/Litigation Executives to join our Salford Media City office to support our growth journey.
Responsibilities
As a Litigation Executive, you will run a litigated caseload of small claims matters dealing with liability and vehicle damage claims, averaging 100 files per caseload. You will also assist other Litigation Executives/Claims Handlers as required, drafting documents, applications, offers, orders and directions, attending telephone conferences, managing cases in line with SLAs, reviewing quantum and valuing general and special damages, formalising case plans, entering into telephone negotiations, and liaising with third‑party solicitors, insurers, own insurer clients and lay clients.
