A career as a Paralegal within the Legal Affairs Governance team (Corporate Secretary’s Office) at National Bank means acting as a key contributor in supporting the governance activities of the Bank’s Board of Directors. Your role
- Coordinate the preparation of Board of Directors and committee meetings, in close collaboration with members of management, attend these meetings and contribute to the drafting of minutes
- Draft, review, and follow up on legal, corporate and regulatory documents
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of best practices in corporate governance
- Perform filings with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance
