Providing appropriate and timely legal advice consistent with company policies, procedures and past practices.
Communicating with hotels and business partners to provide day to day operational legal support.
Drafting, reviewing and revising various contracts, including agreements for hotels and certain corporate departments.
Supporting the EMEA F&D team with NDAs, franchise, licence, third party and outsourcing agreements.
Supporting the Safety & Security team with a range of legal matters, including crisis management.
Assisting with dispute resolution and litigation matters, including preparing and reviewing documentation for contemplated and active proceedings...
