Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Legal and Compliance Support Services: Assisting the lawyers in drafting contracts/legal documents. Assisting with work of Legal and Regulatory Compliance (LRC); Conducting research; Drafting of documents or correspondence under direction/supervision; Drafting presentation materials and reports; Preparing for meetings, hearings
- Administrative Function: Managing and organizing records, documents, schedules; Providing administrative support to lawyers and enhancing office effectiveness; Providing administrative, clerical, and logistics support to LRC and other relevant business units (BUs), as required.
- Other duties as required.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum college graduate;
- Proven relevant working experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Paralegal (Minimum of 2 years).
