This well-established national law firm have approximately 60 staff members in their Perth office and growing. They are based in a prime location with modern offices overlooking the city. The team are committed to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients across various corporate sectors and are seeking a Paralegal to join their restructuring team.
The Role:
Joining the restructuring & recoveries team you will work alongside one other paralegal supporting 1 partner with your duties including but not limited to:
File management: running files and liaising with clients regarding matter queries Document drafting: statements of claim, demands, judgements, notices and pleadings Filing: e-filing court documents Debtor management: liaise with debtors and negotiate payment Administration: general admin duties as required
