Job Summary
Job Summary: The Paralegal provides legal and administrative support by assisting in the preparation of legal documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and agreements
- Maintain and update legal files, records, and databases
- Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant information
- Coordinate with lawyers, clients, courts, and government agencies
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal documents
- Assist in case preparation and documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, or any related course
