Description We are looking for a capable Paralegal to support a busy legal practice in Scottsdale, Arizona with matters involving estate planning, trust and probate administration, and related business transactions. This position is well suited for someone who can manage detailed legal documentation, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and keep work moving across several active matters. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable balancing client service with precise administrative and drafting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare customized estate planning materials, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other supporting documents based on attorney direction.
