Description Job requirements Due to ongoing growth and consistent workflow, we are currently seeking a Paralegal to support our Singapore-based Energy, Engineering, Marine & Construction practice. The role presents a fantastic opportunity to join an international firm of industry experts, acting on behalf of a growing and diverse local and international client base, with a particular emphasis on the PRC domestic market. Key responsibilities . Conducting legal research related to a broad spectrum of non-contentious practice areas (in particular, M&A, project development, commodity offtake, oil and gas, power and mining sectors) . Preparing advice based on the legal research conducted . Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements . Organising case files and proof reading of materials and .
