Based in Singapore, the Paralegal will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal and administrative support for the Global Transactions team, in particular private equity and M&A transactions, including drafting and managing corporate documents, conducting due diligence, coordinating filings, leveraging AI tools, and assisting with transaction signings, closings and post‑closing requirements.
