A leading international law and professional services firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Singapore office, supporting a high-performing Banking & Finance practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on cross-border finance, corporate and capital markets matters in a sophisticated international platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lawyers on a broad range of banking, finance, corporate and transactional matters
- Assist with drafting and preparing transaction-related documentation, corporate approvals and ancillary documents
- Coordinate company, court and due diligence searches, and summarize findings for deal teams
- Support entity incorporations, corporate maintenance and related filings
