Responsibilities If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for a full range of paralegal duties. Typical work assignments will include: File documents in district court including complaints, arrest warrants, requests for detention, plea agreements, informations, motions to dismiss, and briefs. Prepare drafts of documents related to complaints, warrants, detention requests, informations, and indictments. Prepare evidentiary documents for production in discovery and produce discovery to opposing counsel. Communicate in a timely and effective manner with court staff, judges, and investigating agents regarding affidavits, case-initiating documents, and court calendars.
