Job Summary:
The Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal supports attorneys in representing injured clients in personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial. This role is heavily client-facing and involves building strong cases by collecting evidence, managing medical documentation, and assisting in negotiating settlements with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters (pre-litigation and litigation)
- Conduct client intake and maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status
- Order, review, and summarize medical records and bills
- Obtain and analyze police reports, incident reports, and liability evidence
