Leidos is looking for a **Paralegal** to join our Washington, DC team.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ The candidate would be responsible for processing, analyzing, and monitoring evidence requests, using in OIL’s electronic database.
+ The candidate must review and analyze new evidence requests and draft appropriate responses in the form of referral letters, rejection letters, affidavits, and other correspondence requested by OIL.
+ The candidate would also be responsible for drafting court pleadings, petitions, and preparing the documents for filing in district court.
+ Duties also include contacting witnesses regarding new evidence requests, following up with OIL attorneys, and responding to inquiries from the public relating to mandamus petitions/requests received by phone and email.
