Key responsibilities include: first point of contact for clients [interviewing+ obtaining preliminary information]+ legal/administrative assistance to TPD/super solicitors [ eg dictaphone typing, preparation of court documents/letters, liaising with doctors/solicitors/insurers/superannuation funds, arranging appointments, preparing briefs to barristers, filing and gener...
