Job Responsibilities
- Provide immediate and professional medical care for work-related injuries, illnesses, and emergency situations on-site.
- Act as the first responder during medical emergencies, including administering first aid, CPR, and other life‑saving interventions.
- Conduct initial medical assessments and determine the severity of injuries or conditions.
- Arrange and coordinate timely transfer of injured personnel to appropriate off-site healthcare facilities where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all medical incidents, treatments administered, and follow‑up actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance, availability, and readiness of medical equipment and supplies on-site.
- Support the implementation of workplace health and safety policies, including emergency response plans.
