As a SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT PROJECT MANAGER, you will play a key role in shaping Dior’s digital voice and client engagement across key platforms in Japan, including LINE, X, @cosme, and LIPS.
You will be responsible for managing content, campaigns, and budgets across owned social and messaging channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication that reflects Dior’s brand standards and elevates the client experience.
With LINE positioned as a core engagement platform, you will support the planning and execution of initiatives that strengthen client relationships, enhance brand desirability, and drive traffic to both e-commerce and retail.
