**Responsibilities :**
+ Prepare, season, and cook stocks, soups, sauces, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foodstuffs
+ Read menus to estimate food requirements (such as but not limited to procedures and pars)
+ Adjust thermostat controls to regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, ...
