Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
A part-time academic is needed to teach 08: Basic French I in the fall term of (September-December 2026). The course is scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the selected applicant will teach the basic components of French grammar—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—to students with no previous background in French or who have studied French up to grade 8-9.
- Deliver lectures, prepare tests, evaluate students, and electronically submit grades.
- Maintain reliable and constant communication with the Department administration.
- Be available for two hours per week for student consultation and administer the evaluation questionnaire at the end of the course.
- Report directly to the Chairperson of the Department.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least a Master’s degree in French.
