We are looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations for a multi-site organization in Addison, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing transactional accounting work with administrative support in a steady, fast-moving environment. The position is part-time, working approximately three days per week, and will contribute to accurate payment processing, recordkeeping, payroll assistance, and general coordination across several locations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of accounts payable and accounts receivable activity, ensuring invoices and payments are entered, reviewed, and processed accurately.
• Coordinate recurring weekly finance tasks, including scheduled payment workflows and support for payroll-related processing.
