We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day accounting operations and grow within a professional work environment.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist in maintaining proper filing of accounting documents
