- Prepare and maintain employee records and documents
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Track leave records and staff information
- Manage office supplies and administrative tasks
- Assist with travel bookings and event coordination
- File and organize company documents
- Support invoice processing and expense claims
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma preferred
