Responsibilities
The Assistant Grower will work as part of a small team responsible for vegetable and orchard production, under the instruction of the Head Grower. Responsibilities include assisting in all aspects of organic vegetable production including propagation, polytunnel work, tractor‑based field‑scale production, and the pack room, along with some infrastructure and maintenance activities.
