About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, independent Part-Time Baker to join our kitchen team. At Jimmy Monkey, we focus on serving high-quality independent coffee alongside a solid, casual food menu.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking our daily selection of pastries, muffins, scones and cakes, ensuring everything is ready and well-presented before the cafe opens.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a consistent daily selection of cakes, tarts, and baked goods.
- Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product quality.
- Manage inventory for baking ingredients and place restocking orders when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
