Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
- Deliver a warm and professional service to create an exceptional consumer experience.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café environment.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Stay updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage employees effectively.
- Able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
- Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- At least 1-2 years of prior barista experience in a café or F&B environment, with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations preferred.
